NEW POST

Summit Platforms is proud to announce that it has been officially accredited to deliver the prestigious IPAF PAL+ training programme, a significant enhancement to its industry-leading training portfolio. This advanced course will initially be available at the company’s East Midlands depot, with plans to roll out PAL+ training across its network of ten UK depots in the near future.

The IPAF PAL+ (Powered Access Licence Plus) course represents the next evolution in powered access operator training, designed to build on the foundation of the standard PAL Card by providing operators with enhanced skills, knowledge, and safety awareness. This accreditation aligns Summit Platforms with the highest standards in the powered access industry, reinforcing its commitment to safety, professionalism, and operational excellence.

<NAME HERE>, Training Manager at Summit Platforms, commented:

“Achieving IPAF PAL+ accreditation is a major milestone for our training programme. It enables us to offer operators the most comprehensive and up-to-date training available, helping them work safer and more efficiently. We are excited to launch PAL+ at our East Midlands depot and look forward to expanding this across our entire training network.”

Expanding Training Excellence Across the UK

Summit Platforms operates ten strategically located training depots across the UK, each equipped to deliver IPAF-accredited courses. The introduction of PAL+ training at the East Midlands site marks the beginning of a phased rollout, ensuring customers nationwide will soon benefit from this advanced programme.

The PAL+ course covers a broad range of critical topics including hazard awareness, risk assessment, emergency procedures, and practical skills development for complex working environments. It is designed for operators who already hold a standard PAL Card and wish to enhance their capabilities.

<NAME HERE> added:

“Our customers expect not only top-quality equipment but also the highest standards of training and safety. PAL+ accreditation allows us to meet and exceed those expectations, helping to reduce incidents and improve productivity on site.”
